Welcome to the final step of becoming a vendor at Psychedelics in The Beehive’s Expo Floor! We know this form is a long one, but you’re just moments away from securing your spot at this epic event. Here’s everything you need to know before hitting submit:

    • Once you complete your payment, you’ll receive an email receipt immediately.

    • Don’t see it? Check your Spam, Promotions, or Junk folders. Still no luck? Drop us a line at teamsaracall@gmail.com and we’ll help sort it out.

  • Payments are non-refundable. Please ensure you’re ready to commit before submitting your payment, as refunds won’t be issued if you can’t attend.

    • Your credit card will be charged the full amount at the time of registration.

    • If your company is already registered as a vendor, don’t worry—you’ll receive a refund (allow up to 10 business days for your bank to process it).

  • As part of our compliance with the Utah Tax Commission, we’ll need a few extra details from you to meet state requirements. Here’s what we’ll ask for in this form:

    1. Legal Name

    2. Address

    3. Phone Number

    4. Tax EIN Number
      (or your Date of Birth and Driver’s License Number + Issuing State, if you don’t have an EIN)

    5. Confirmation of whether you’ll be selling at the event
