Applications are approved based on how well they incorporate changing perspectives on psychedelics the primary focus of the experience. We seek performers who are passionate about exploring, educating, or expressing unique perspectives within the psychedelic community. Your performance will be featured as part of our mission to change the conversation around psychedelics. Whether your art pushes boundaries, sparks curiosity, or brings new understanding, we welcome you to help create an unforgettable experience.

We are dedicated to fairly compensating all event contributors. Your involvement is crucial to our festival’s success, and we are committed to ensuring you feel valued and rewarded for your participation.

As this is our first year experimenting with this festival format, we also appreciate those who consider trade as part of their compensation Approved applicants will receive event entry valued at $350, along with any additional compensation needed.

    • Applications are reviewed within 3 weeks of submission.

    • We may contact you during the review process with questions or requests for additional information.

    • Once your application is approved, you will receive a contract for review.

    • You have 2 weeks to sign and negotiate the contract after approval.

    • Approved applicants will receive entry to the event valued at $250, with additional compensation if required.

Welcome to the vendor application for Psychedelics in the Beehive 2025!

This annual event, held in January, has grown into one of Utah’s most anticipated psychedelic gatherings, celebrating the intersection of psychedelics, holistic wellness, and conscious living. Each year, we carefully curate our vendors to ensure that every participant aligns with our core values of healing with psychedelics, holistic practices, and humanitarian and environmental responsibility, and FUN!

This is more than just an opportunity to showcase your products or services—it's a chance to connect with a vibrant community of like-minded individuals and be part of a movement that’s making a real difference. We’re seeking vendors who share our vision and are committed to creating a positive impact in this community.

Things to know:

  • While elements of this event are ticketed, the Expo is open to the public.

  • Standard booth is 10 x 10, $500, included one event pass

  • Double booth is 10 x 20, $1000, includes two event passes

  • Triple booth is 10 x 30, $1500, includes three event passes

  • If needed, limited additional event passes can be purchased at a discount
