What is an Event Ticket?

An Event Ticket allows access to all programming on January 19, including the Paul Stamets keynote.

Full-priced Event Tickets are $99. Early-bird Event Tickets are $77. Note: early-bird tickets are sold out.

All Event Tickets sold are raising funds for the Paul Stamets Amphitheater at the Delle and for the CENTER FOR ECOLOGICAL CONSCIOUSNESS.

What is a VIP Ticket?

A VIP Ticket grants access to an intimate event with Paul Stamets on Saturday, January 20, the morning after Paul’s keynote address. Brunch is included. VIP Tickets are $1000 each (remember this is a fundraiser).

This ticket grants access to all the programming on Friday, January 19 including the Paul Stamets Keynote address.

Psychedelics in the Beehive is being held at the Grand America Hotel in downtown SLC.

Do I need to bring food?

No food is included in the Event Ticket. Come fed. Bring snacks.

I bought a ticket, now what?

If you purchased a ticket, you are on the checkin list. Come to the event and give us your name. Once we find it, you will be given a wrist band for every ticket you purchased.

No actual ticket will be issued.

Can I buy or sell plant medicine at this event?

Psychedelics in the Beehive is a sober event. No buying, selling, bartering, or trading any psychedelics will be permitted at this event.

Can I provide a service to attendees at this event?

If you have a service, connect with us. Maybe it is a good fit for the expo space. Let’s talk.

Where do I park?

There is paid parking on the property, and public (paid) parking is available kitty-corner to the northwest.

Also, there is a Trax stop 1/2 block away.

Are there discounts or scholarships available?

The first 100 Event Tickets will be available at an early-bird price ($77). The early-bird price is the cheapest this ticket will be available. Note: the early bird tickets are sold-out.

If an other discounts or promotions are offered, they will be higher than the early-bird tickets ($77).

This event is a fundraiser for two great causes. So, other scholarships and discounts will be limited.

What can I expect at this event?

Psychedelics in the Beehive is a balanced mix of structured time through keynotes and panels, and unstructured time through breaks and the expo. We work to provide robust connections and information that help you build safety in the psychedelic space.

I cannot longer attend, what are my options?

Cancellations requested before November 30, 2023, are eligible for a full refund minus $20 per ticket.

Cancellations requested between December 1, 2023, and January 1, 2024, are eligible for a 50% refund per ticket.

After January 1, 2024, no refunds are allowed.

These dates reflect costs incurred by the event. We do what we can to meet extraordinary circumstances, but when purchases are made on behalf of attendees, we must share those costs.

How do I transfer my ticket?

Email Sara@sarauproductions with the name of the person who made the purchase and the name of the person to whom it is being transferred.
