Psychedelic Expo Details

The Psychedelic Expo is being held at the Grand America on January 19, 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

The doors to the full event open at 4:00 pm

There are scheduling breaks during the programming to allow attendees to visit the expo

You can choose to stay at your table or join the programming in the ballroom

The expo is being held in the foyer area. This means all attendees must go through the expo to enter and exit the main event

  • Table Options

    You have purchased a spot in the Psychedelic Expo.

    All tables are skirted.

    The expo does not have pipe and drape.

    When you arrive at the expo you will find a table with your name(either your company name or your personal name).

  • What to Expect

    Full tables come with two chairs and two tickets to the full event.

    Half tables come with one chair and one event ticket.

    Shared tables are shared by 3-5 people. The idea is that price is shared and management of the table is shared. A single ticket comes with each shared table participation.

    If you want to be at your table most of the time, you should be at a half or full table.

  • Extras

    If you need power to your table, the venue charges $65 per hookup.

    If you need dedicated WiFi, there is a $60 charge (from the venue).

    If you need additional tickets for those managing your table, feel free to pick up more tickets through general ticket sales.

  • Load In

    Load in and set up will run from 2 - 3:30 pm.

    Park in lot you access from 600 South (on the southeast corner of the block). Once you are moved in, your car will need to be moved to underground parking.

    Once you are loaded in, keep your area professional. Hide boxes, purses, carts, etc. Do not eat in the Expo area.

  • Load Out

    The last break in the programming will be 7:30 - 8:00 pm. Paul Stamets starts his remarks at 8:00 pm.

    If you want to hear Paul Stamets speak, please join the assembly and breakdown your space upon completion of the night.

    You do have the option of breaking down and loading out during Paul’s remarks.

    During load out, you can move your car back to the 600 S parking lot.

  • Signage

    In your space you can put up any signage you have. All signage needs to independent. Nothing can hang from the walls.

    Feel free to bring easels to stand next to or behind your table or for your table top.

    Also note: no glitter or confetti is allowed on site.
