Thank you for sharing your artistry and becoming a part of the Psychedelics in the Beehive experience! We appreciate your commitment to bringing innovative, inspiring performances to the stage.

This form serves as your official contract agreement with SaraU Productions for your performance on Saturday, January 25th. Please complete it by providing your digital signature, and you will receive a copy of the signed agreement for your records once submitted.

Services & Compensation

Description of Services (Performance): You will perform a circus-inspired routine during the "Psychedelic Circus" show. Date/Time of your performance: Saturday January 25, 2025, performance begins at 7:00 pm You will attend a mandatory dress rehearsal on January 21 or 22, 2025. The final date, time and location to be set by the director. Equipment Provided by Organizer: - Stage - Sound / Lighting / AV Equipment and Tech Compensation: -Payment will be made in full no later than 30 days after the event concludes. -If a performer would like a ticket to Psychedelics in the Beehive, the cost of the ticket will be deducted from the performance fee.

Promotion Obligations

You agree to make at least 6 promotional posts about the event on your social media platforms. At Least 3 of these posts should be made 30 prior to the event.

Use of Image and Media Release

By participating, you grant Psychedelics in the Beehive and SaraU Productions permission to use your name, likeness, images, video footage, and sound recordings of your performance for promotional purposes, including future events and marketing.

Liability & Conduct

Attire, Conduct, and Entertainment Act Compliance: You agree to abide by the Attire, Conduct, and Entertainment Act. Key points include: -Ensuring performances do not involve illegal activities or violate city ordinances. -Maintaining a professional demeanor and following conduct guidelines for performers, including no touching of patrons in a sexual manner. -Observing all local alcohol and licensing regulations related to entertainment. No Illegal Substances: You acknowledge that you are not to solicit, promote, sell, or distribute any illegal substances at the event. Performances must comply with city ordinances regarding dress, conduct, and performance content. Circus performer contractors will supply their Insurance certificates with requested rider information.

Conduct & Contractor Status

Independent Contractor Status: You confirm you are providing services as an independent contractor, not as an employee, agent, or partner of SaraU Productions or Psychedelics in the Beehive. Hold Harmless: You agree to hold harmless and release Emilie-N-Paris LLP, SaraU Productions, Psychedelics in the Beehive, and their agents from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses related to your participation. Professional Reputation & Cancellation: The Organizer reserves the right to cancel this agreement due to scheduling conflicts, budget restraints, or adverse changes to your professional reputation. Psychedelics in the Beehive maintains a zero-tolerance policy for working with anyone who has credible claims of sexual assault or harassment voiced against them, and the Organizer may sever the contract immediately if such claims arise. Sobriety: You agree to remain sober while fulfilling your performance obligations. Appropriate Attire: As a guest (when not performing), you agree to wear appropriate festival attire and not dress in your performance/facilitator costume during non-performance times.

Governing Law & Entire Agreement

-This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah. -This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all previous agreements, oral or written.
