Expo and Vendor Application
Welcome to the vendor application for Psychedelics in the Beehive 2025!
This annual event, held in January, has grown into one of Utah’s most anticipated psychedelic gatherings, celebrating the intersection of psychedelics, holistic wellness, and conscious living. Each year, we carefully curate our vendors to ensure that every participant aligns with our core values of healing with psychedelics, holistic practices, and humanitarian and environmental responsibility, and FUN!
This is more than just an opportunity to showcase your products or services—it's a chance to connect with a vibrant community of like-minded individuals and be part of a movement that’s making a real difference. We’re seeking vendors who share our vision and are committed to creating a positive impact in this community.
If you believe your brand embodies these principles, we encourage you to apply. Please fill out the form below with as much detail as possible. Note that booth spaces are limited and selected based on alignment with our event ethos.
Things to know:
While elements of this event are ticketed, the Expo is open to the public.
Standard booth is 10 x 10, $500, included one event pass
Double booth is 10 x 20, $1000, includes two event passes
Triple booth is 10 x 30, $1500, includes three event passes
If needed, limited additional event passes can be purchased at a discount
Important Dates:
Deadline Date: December 1, 2024 (or until sold out)
Event Date: January 24-25, 2025
Location: Gateway, Downtown SLC

Each expo both comes with a set amount of festival tickets.
A limited number of festival tickets can be purchased for a discount.
All expo tickets, both free and discounted, need to be claimed before January 1, 2025.

Complete and submit the application form with all required information.
Applications are reviewed within 3 weeks of submission.
We may contact you during the review process with questions or requests for additional information.
Once your application is approved, you will receive a contract for review.
You have 2 weeks to sign and negotiate the contract after approval.
Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
