By completing this form and purchasing your ticket, you will be featured on our website, where attendees can find your event, bio, description, contact details, and event costs. They may reach out to schedule one-on-one sessions or join the Sunday events you organize.

Please note:

  • Facilitators are solely responsible for vetting attendees, organizing payments (if applicable), and managing their events.

  • Psychedelics in the Beehive is not involved in any arrangements made between you and attendees.

  • Our listing serves as a community connection platform, not a paid advertising service. Listing requires ticket purchase to ensure we promote community members rather than acting as a marketplace.

By submitting this form, you acknowledge these terms and agree to comply with our guidelines. If you would like to be featured as a ceremony or worship facilitator for attendees to connect with on Sunday of the Psychedelics in the Beehive Festival, please note that you are responsible for all communication and coordination related to your events. We collaborate with Utah’s local event planning and plant medicine community, and we reserve the right to deny any application based on the applicant’s professional reputation.

Sunday's mission is to connect facilitators with attendees, offering opportunities to arrange one-on-one or intimate group experiences that deepen their understanding and expand their journey. This also supports facilitators in growing their audience and connections. Please be aware that Psychedelics in the Beehive is not responsible for or associated with the events you host on Sunday; our role is to help you be seen as a resource and connect with others.
